Licence terms
End user licence for The Göktürk: Caravan. Last updated: .
The short version. Play it on your own devices as much as you like. Record it, stream it and monetise the videos — no permission needed. Do not resell or redistribute the game itself.
1. Licence
VATEC GAMES grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and play this game on the devices your storefront account permits, for as long as your licence from that storefront remains valid. You do not own the software; you own a licence to use it.
2. What you may do
Play it, as much as you like, on your own devices. Record it, stream it, and publish videos of it, including monetised ones. No further permission is needed and no revenue share is claimed.
3. What you may not do
Redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the game or any part of it. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law expressly grants you that right regardless of this clause. Remove or alter any notice of authorship or ownership.
4. The content of the game
The code, art, text, sound and design are the property of VATEC GAMES. Names of historical peoples, places and goods are historical fact and are not claimed by anyone.
Fonts included in the game are licensed under the SIL Open Font Licence and remain the property of their authors. The Godot Engine is used under the MIT licence. Nothing in this document restricts your rights under those licences.
5. No warranty
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, VATEC GAMES makes no warranty that it will be free of faults or fit for any particular purpose, and is not liable for loss arising from its use.
Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you bought it in, including your statutory rights to a refund or a remedy. Where this document and that law disagree, that law wins.
6. Refunds and support
Purchases, licences and refunds are handled by the storefront you bought from, under its own terms. For anything else, write to info@games.vatec-it.com.
7. Data
The game collects nothing, transmits nothing, and makes no network connection of its own. See the privacy policy for the detail.
8. If this changes
Terms may change for future versions. The version you accepted when you installed continues to apply to that version.
If a storefront asked you for a licence terms URL, this page
is it: https://games.vatec-it.com/legal/licence.html
Storefronts check that the address resolves and reject the submission if it does not. This one is served from the same domain the store listing points at, so there is no third party who can break it.
